24-month minimum
A Care plan bought on its own runs for a 12-month minimum from launch, then rolls monthly with 1 month’s notice. Unused edit time does not roll over.
Builds are paid 50% when you say yes and 50% at launch. Invoices are due within 14 days. Edits beyond your Care allowance are £40 an hour in 15-minute blocks, always quoted and agreed first. Every site includes cookieless visitor stats.

Pricing questions
Do I need to add VAT?
No. We are not VAT-registered, so there is no VAT to add. The prices you see are the prices you pay.
What does Pay Monthly include?
Pay Monthly is £79 a month for 24 months, with no build fee upfront: your first £79 payment is due at sign-up. It covers the Starter website only (not Business or shops) and includes hosting and Care. You can upgrade to Care Plus for £20 more, £99 a month in total. After month 24 you can keep Care at £29 a month or Care Plus at £49 a month, rolling monthly, or neither.
Can I leave Pay Monthly early?
Yes. £22.88 of each payment counts towards the £549 build, so the early-exit fee is £549 minus what you have already paid towards the build, and never less than £0.
How long is the Care commitment?
Care has a 12-month minimum from launch, then runs month to month with 1 month’s notice. Pay Monthly has a 24-month minimum and already includes hosting and Care.
What counts as an edit?
One edit is up to 30 minutes of changes: for example new prices, opening hours, a few photos or a paragraph of text. Care includes 30 minutes a month and Care Plus 2 hours. Unused time does not roll over to the next month.
What if I need more changes than my plan covers?
We quote extra work at £40 an hour in 15-minute blocks, and only start once you have approved it.
How quickly do you reply to edit requests?
Within 2 working days on Care, and within 1 working day on Care Plus.
