These terms cover your use of yesmo.co.uk, run by Giuseppe Sabatino trading as Yesmo, [Business address]. Buying a website or a Care plan is covered by our service terms (see /service-terms/).

Information on this site

Prices on this site are final: we are not VAT-registered, so there is no VAT to add. Example designs use fictional businesses and example content. Any real business’s mock-up is shared privately with that business only, unless they give written permission to show it.

Using this site

• Please don’t misuse the site, try to break its security, or send spam through our email links.
• The text, designs and illustrations on this site are ours. Please ask before reusing them.

Our liability

• Our total liability to you for anything arising from our services or this website is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
• If you are a business, we are not liable for loss of profits, revenue, business or goodwill, or for any indirect or consequential loss.
• Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot be limited or excluded by law. If you are a consumer, your statutory rights are not affected.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer living in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.
